I'm hoping you will all read this story about "Pumpkin", a very special little dog who has touched the hearts of many. She has endured a lot, and has quite a bit to endure ahead, but life has finally taken a good turn for this pretty little pup.

Pumpkin was found on the side of the road. She, obviously close to her delivery date, was found dehydrated, malnourished and underweight, full of parasites and quickly approaching the end of what should have been a life surrounded by those who loved her, cared for her and wanted the best for her.

The Humane Society is still in desperate need of funds to help pay for ongoing care for Pumpkin.
